Customer satisfaction is our main priority that is why we allow 30 days to money back or exchange the product and you have the freedom you require.
As soon as we get your returned letter and check it (typically, it will take us up to 72 hours), your exchange order will be done and posted as per our shipping Policy.
Refunds will be made within 7 business days to the mode of payment at the time of payment and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account with respect to your mode of payment. You will get an email confirmation upon completion of your return.
Return Exclusions and Condition Criteria.
- Final sale items are Factory Seconds that cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any ordered and free product should be returned in unused, unwrinkled,
- undamaged and resellable condition along with the packing slip.
- Gift cards are final sales, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations
- The cancellations can be made within 2 days of the order placement. Applications may be made HERE.
- An order once sent out or in clearing customs cannot be canceled. The only way in this situation will be to accept the parcel and have it sent back.
- When our Customer Support Team has assured to deliver on the timeline that you conveyed, then the order is a time-sensitive order. Due to the actions that we have to take to achieve timely order fulfillment, we cannot accept cancellations of time sensitive orders once they have been placed.

Return Label Policy
We do not provide a return shipping label.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please make sure to send the item back using a reliable courier service and provide us with the tracking details once the return has been shipped.
