What happens in case I get a wrong product in my order?
We would prefer to clear any problems with faulty products immediately.
As soon as you find something wrong simply contact our Customer Care team with:
- The order number
- Name and number of faulty item.
- The description of the fault (with the pictures)
We will also respond to you within 1 business day and when the information has been checked then will dispatch a replacement item to you as soon as possible.
How can I return a jacket?

P.S. We take back and exchange of regular jackets manufactured in a regular size.
I received a custom order. Can I return and get a refund?
We do not accept customer order returns in return of refunds when it comes to custom orders (made-to-measure orders).Please note that your custom order is a one-on-one made order. Everything such as style, material, accessories are at your will and we will hardly sell it to another.
How long would it take to delivery at my place?
We takeΒ 2 to 3 business daysΒ to carefully process and prepare your order before dispatch.
Once shipped, your parcel will reach you withinΒ 8 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
