Free Shipping Worldwide
- We are offering Free Shipping Worldwide with no minimum purchase restrictions or special exceptions.
- We ship and accept orders to every country except Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and countries covered by the OFAC.
Delivery Time
We take 2 to 3 business days to carefully process and prepare your order before dispatch.
Once shipped, your parcel will reach you within 8 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Courier Service
We deliver to you by Express Delivery like DHL and FedEx to ensure that you get the best service. At our discretion, we can select a courier of our choice to deliver the most efficient method. APO/PO Box Addresses: We cannot deliver to PO, APO, DPO or FPO Addresses at the moment.
Customs DutyΒ
Orders are all shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The buyer is liable to any charges made in customs. Before buying, please enquire with your country customs department on the possible expenses.
Lost or Damaged Products
- In case your parcel appears as delivered on your tracking link, but you have not received it, you must contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 working days of the tracking delivery date to start an investigation (Claims raised after 5 working days will not be accepted).
- After the carrier confirms any lost or damaged goods were in transit, we will credit any such items lost or damaged with either a full store credit or a replacement of the original order. It is important to note that orders that are lost cannot be refunded.
Delay and Shipment Problems
- Tracking: Once shipped, we give a tracking number. The customer has the duty to call the courier and enquire. In the event the courier retains the order due to any reason or tries to deliver you but you are not available, it is your duty to contact them. In case of more than one unsuccessful delivery the courier may ruin the parcel and we will not be liable in such cases.
- Unaccepted Deliveries: When a customer rejects to receive a parcel according to a delivery and demands a refund of the parcel to the courier, the parcel shall be counted as lost or destroyed. We cannot process a return, unfortunately, in such cases. In order to book a pick up, the customers are asked to receive the delivery and follow the instructions given in the returns.
- Address Deliveries:Β Please give correct shipping address. When sent out, we cannot resend to a new address. Do contact the courier to proceed with more actions or solutions. Should the order remain undelivered, the goods will not be returned as the courier returns and duty charges can easily surpass the items value. When this happens, the package will be regrettably destroyed, and we cannot cancel or make returns.
